This is our second recipe from <a href=\"http:\/\/phoodie.com.au\/\" target=\"_blank\">our phavourite blogger, Phoodie<\/a>, and we can\u2019t wait to try it out! You can leave the oven off\u00a0for this one. It sets in the fridge in around an hour. In fact, this recipe is so simple, you could get the kids to help you make it. Just make sure you take a piece (or two) for yourself before they scoff the lot!<\/em><\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center;\">Makes around 16 pieces, depending how you cut your slices<\/h6>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Hedgehog<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">275g Tim Tams<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">1 cup shredded coconut<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">3 tbsp cocoa<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">150g dark chocolate melts<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">100g unsalted butter<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">300g condensed milk<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Topping<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">200g white chocolate melts<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">100g Tim Tams, roughly chopped<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Roughly chop all of your Tim Tams. You can chop the ones that you will use for the topping now as well and set them aside.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">In a bowl, place 275g chopped Tim Tams, the coconut and the cocoa and mix well, making sure to set aside the extra 100g of chopped Tim Tams for the topping.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">In a pan over a low heat, melt together the dark chocolate melts, the butter and the condensed milk. Make sure to stir continuously and remove from the heat the moment all ingredients are combined.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Pour this mixture over the 275g of chopped Tim Tams, cocoa and coconut, and mix well.
