Some people look forward to Fridays because it\u2019s the last day of the working week. Here at Peter\u2019s, we look forward to Fridays because every Friday, we publish a new blog post with our Friday Favourites<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 our five favourite new products for the week! It\u2019s something we look forward since getting to work on Monday morning. We hope you enjoy our Friday Favourites posts as much as we enjoy putting them together for you!<\/p>\n

With introductions out of the way, let\u2019s get started. We\u2019ve got five fantastic new products, just waiting to be revealed. Here they are\u2026<\/p>\n

\"Pillivuyt<\/a>Pillivuyt Teck Entree Plate<\/a><\/h4>\n

The English are famous for crafting beautiful fine china \u2013 think Royal Doulton, Wedgwood, Royal Albert… But on the other side of the Channel, you\u2019ll find that the French make porcelain that\u2019s just as beautiful, if not equally renowned. If you haven\u2019t heard about Pillivuyt (it\u2019s pronounced \u201cpilli-vwhee\u201d, if you want to sound\u00a0properly\u00a0Fraaawnch<\/em>) it\u2019s one of France\u2019s biggest names when it comes to beautiful porcelain. Pillivuyt is famous for elegant white plates, bowls and more\u2026but the new additions to the Teck collection are completely different. These plates, bowls, mugs and more are\u00a0a soft shade of light blue, with a pattern of concentric rings that reminds us of the rings you might find inside a tree (\u201cteck\u201d is French for \u201cteak\u201d, after all). Branch out and take a look at the whole range<\/a>\u2026which is also available in classic Pillivuyt white, naturellement<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\"Milk<\/a>Milk and Sugar Atticus Lamp<\/a><\/h4>\n

We\u2019re whopping great big fans of Melbourne design studio, Milk & Sugar, so our eyes lit up (pun intended) when we found out we\u2019d be stocking a range of drop-dead stunning Milk & Sugar lamps! Our favourite is the Atticus Lamp \u2013 with its distinctive angular looks and brushed brass shade that can be angled to suit you. It\u2019d make a great addition to your desk, your bedside table, your lounge room\u2026all of the above\u2026<\/p>\n

\"Ecoya<\/a>Ecoya Mimosa and Green Apple Soy Candle<\/a><\/h4>\n

It\u2019s a pity we can\u2019t upload smells to the Peter\u2019s Blog for you to try, because we think once you\u2019ve experienced the amazing scent of this new fragrance from Sydney\u2019s own Ecoya, you\u2019ll want to fill your whole home with it. This candle is housed in a simple, white glass jar. Open the lid and let the scent of green apple, peach, jasmine and rosewood work its subtle magic over your senses. \"Cristina<\/a>Cristina Re Crystalline Teacup and Saucer Set<\/a><\/h4>\n

Hmm. A third<\/em> Australian company in a row? Are we sensing a pattern here? This exquisite new tableware collection from Cristina Re has been making waves on our Facebook page this week \u2013 and we couldn\u2019t resist adding it to our Friday Favourites post too. Each piece is hand painted with touches of 24-karat gold for a precious, crystalline finish that\u2019s utterly jaw-dropping. We\u2019re quite partial to dramatic black \u2013 but there\u2019s also a soft shade of pink available, as well as classic white. Go and take a look at the entire range.<\/a> And be quick, because this is (also!) a limited edition collection, and despite its timeless appearance, it won\u2019t stick around forever.<\/p>\n
