For the past 26 years,\u00a0<strong>Jimmy Stavrianos<\/strong>\u00a0has worked in the Peter&#8217;s of Kensington Homewares department every Saturday. During the week, when Jimmy&#8217;s not at Peter&#8217;s, he works at\u00a0the NRL.<\/p>\n<p>This year, Jimmy&#8217;s celebrating his 25th year at the NRL, officially making him their longest-serving employee.\u00a0His contribution to the NRL community was celebrated\u00a0last week with a special presentation\u00a0at the SCG, and also featured on last week&#8217;s Footy Show, where Todd Greenberg, CEO of the NRL, described Jimmy as &#8220;the heart and soul of the Rugby League community&#8221;. Greenberg continued &#8211;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;He&#8217;s outlived, I think, seven previous CEOs and he&#8217;ll get past me, that&#8217;s for sure, but he&#8217;s a very special person, and today we&#8217;ve honoured him.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>From everyone here at Peter&#8217;s, congratulations Jimmy!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One of our most valued employees is celebrating a milestone!
